Art Vivant Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 2,000,000 shares, representing 17.21% of the outstanding shares, at ¥515 per share for ¥1,030 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of March 26, 2020, the company had 11,624,304 shares outstanding and 3,839,512 shares in treasury.
