Art Vivant Co., Ltd. (TSE:7523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares, representing 2.76% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥369 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥1,230 per share.
The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of agile capital policies that flexibly respond to changes in the business environment. As of September 25, 2023, the company has 10,853,169 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and has 2,110,647 treasury shares.
