Mobii Genius Co., Ltd. entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited (Catalist:5RA) for $150 million in a reverse merger transaction on April 2, 2024. As per the transaction, Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited will issue 41.6 billion shares to Mobii Green Energy Co., Ltd. The transaction is subject to due diligence investigation, approval by board of directors of Mobii Genius Co., Ltd. and Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited, approval by shareholders of Mobii Genius Co., Ltd and receipt of the waiver from the Securities Industry Council. Ltd. acted as financial advisor to Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments Limited.
