MONTHLY UPDATE PURSUANT TO RULE 704(22) OF THE SINGAPORE EXCHANGE SECURITIES TRADING LIMITED'S ("SGX-ST") LISTING MANUAL SECTION B: RULES OF CATALIST ("CATALIST RULES")

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Asiatravel.com Holdings Ltd ("Company", together with its subsidiaries, "Group") refers to the Company's announcements on 29 October 2021 (together with the referenced announcements in the same announcement) in relation to the Company's monthly update. Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms shall have the same meanings as defined in the foregoing announcements.

The Board wishes to state that since the date of the Company's last update, no further material developments have taken place that, in the Board's view, may have a significant impact on the Company's financial position pursuant to Catalist Rule 704(22).
