Astec LifeSciences Limited announced that the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on November 6, 2015 and approved the resignation of Janak Rawal, Mandar Patil, and Mohammed Zarik for the board of directors of the company with immediate effect.

The board also appointed S. Varadaraj, Rakesh Dogra, Arijit Mukherjee as an additional directors of the company with immediate effect.
