Atul Ltd Proposes Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2018, Payable on or After August 01, 2018

Atul Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has proposed dividend of INR 12 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2018 at their meeting held on April 27, 2018, subject To Approve the members at the upcoming Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 27, 2018. Accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book shall remain closed from July 14, 2018 to July 20, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive dividend. After the approval by the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after August 01, 2018.
