Neil Mitchell: The Federal Treasurer has had a go at the big four banks saying they're quick to pass on interest rate rises to borrowers but not to depositors. He says it's disappointing. He said he will tell the banks that he feels like people are relying on their savings and are being principal victims of interest rates at historic lows for some time.
