Notice Regarding Changes in Representative Directors

Autonomous Control Systems Laboratory Ltd. (ACSL) hereby announces that ACSL has decided to change the representative director as follows at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 12 May 2021. This matter will be formally decided at the Board of Directors meeting to be held on 24 June 2021, following the election of the Director of the proposal at the 9th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

1．Reason for change

In order to continue to increase corporate value through change in the management structure, ACSL decided to divide the roles of chairman who are responsible for increasing shareholder value over the medium to long term and president and COO, who are responsible for overseeing the execution of all operations.

After 24 June 2021, ACSL will have one representative director, Satoshi Washiya, Representative director, President and COO.
