Monterro 1 AB and members of management and board of Grade AB and Mashie AB completed the acquisition of Grade AB and Mashie AB from InXL Innovation AB (OM:INXL).

Monterro 1 AB and members of management and board of Grade AB and Mashie AB signed an agreement to acquire Grade AB and Mashie AB from InXL Innovation AB (Publ) (OM:INXL) on January 21, 2015. Monterro wil own 82% stake and members of management and board will own 18% stake in Grade AB and Mashie AB. InXL Innovation will use the proceeds from the sale to develop new products and to globalize its e-business. Jenny Eliasson and Christian Zätterström of Advokatfirman Lindahl acted as legal advisors to InXL Innovation.
