BAHRAIN FLOUR MILLS COMPANY B.S.C. Bahrain Flour Mills B.S.C. resolved, at its meeting held on 22 February 2023, to recommend the distribution of dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 to the shareholders whose names are registered on the company's register on the Record Date. This is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders on the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The proposed distribution is as follow: a) Cash Dividend: 25% of share nominal value, equivalent to 25 fils per share amounting to BD 620,639.
(Excluding Treasury Shares). Cum-Dividend Date: 29 March 2023, Ex-Dividend Date 30 March 2023, Record Date 02 April 2023, and Payment Date 12 April 2023.
