An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire unknown stake in Standard Media Index from Bailador Technology Investments Limited (ASX:BTI) for approximately AUD 20 million on March 11, 2022. The sale price is subject to final adjustments, including for the level of working capital and net debt (including transaction costs) in SMI at closing. The agreement is subject to certain conditions to closing, including foreign investment regulatory approval.

on May 31, 2022 Bailador can now confirm it has received AUD 20m of net cash proceeds from the sale.
