BTG Pactual reports record revenue and

adjusted net profit for the second consecutive quarter,

totaling R$3.8bn and R$1.8bn, respectively.

Bank posted strong growth in all business lines, maintaining robust capital and liquidity metrics.

São Paulo, November 9, 2021 - BTG Pactual (BPAC11) reported, for the second consecutive quarter, record revenue and net profit of R$3.8bn and R$1.8bn, respectively. The Bank also posted its second highest Net New Money (NNM) in history, to the tune of R$88bn, only trailing

Q2´s R$98bn, which included R$12bn from the acquisition of Necton (inorganic NNM reported last quarter). As a result, the amount of third-party assets hit R$942bn.

Investment Banking again reported record revenue, with growth of 81% y/y, from R$402mn to R$727mn. The result puts BTG Pactual at the top of all industry rankings: M&A, ECM and, for the first time ever, as leader in the local DCM market, concluding 40 operations in the quarter.

The Corporate Lending and SME portfolio totaled R$97.6bn, up 13% q/q and 43% y/y. With a high-quality portfolio with low default levels, revenues rose 51% y/y to R$642mn.

BTG Pactual also posted a strong revenue contribution from Sales & Trading, to the tune of R$1.3bn. This result includes gains from the sale of CredPago, an operation concluded and

approved by regulators in September. The remaining gain from the operation will impact results in 2022 and 2023.

Asset Management posted record NNM for the fourth consecutive quarter, of R$50bn in 3Q21

(R$162.8bn LTM), and revenues were again strong, totaling R$291mn in the quarter, up 14% y/y.

Wealth Management & Consumer Banking also reported record revenue of R$409.6mn, up 9%

q/q and 75% y/y. WuM totaled R$400bn, up 81% y/y. NMM closed the quarter at R$36bn, also up 81% y/y.

During the quarter, BTG Pactual expanded the range of products and services offered by BTG+,

its digital retail bank. It recently launched modular Mastercard Black credit card plans, whereby clients have the option to choose flexible benefit packages. It also launched the payments option via Garmin Pay.

ROAE was 20.1% in 3Q21, with a BIS ratio of 16.1%.
