On November 26, 2018, Bank of Guiyang Co., Ltd. (SHSE:601997) closed the transaction. The company paid sponsorship fees of CNY 4,500,000 as part of the transaction. The net proceeds from the transaction are CNY 4,992,470,000. The transaction also included registration fees of CNY 2,400,000 and auditor fees of CNY 630,000.
