Guishang County Bank of Guangyuan City Co., Ltd. announced that it would receive not more than CNY 300,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Bank of Guiyang Co.,Ltd. on October 22, 2021. After the completion of the transaction, investor will hold not less than 51% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved in the fifth extraordinary meeting of the fifth session of the board of directors of the investor. The transaction has been approved in the fifth interim meeting of the Fifth Board of Supervisors in 2021.
