Bar Harbor Bankshares : Trust Services Accepting Applications for Hattie A. & Fred C. Lynam Trust Grants until September 18

Bar Harbor, Maine (September 2, 2021) - Bar Harbor Trust Services is accepting applications for the 2021 Hattie A. & Fred C. Lynam Trust grants now through September 18, 2021. The Lynam Trust, which is managed by Bar Harbor Trust Services, was established in 1942 and supports charitable, religious, and educational organizations serving the people of Mount Desert Island. Grant awards typically range between $500 and $5,000.

Grant eligibility is limited to tax exempt organizations that have their primary administrative office located on Mount Desert Island. (The Lynam Trust does not award grants to individuals.) Grants may be awarded for operational needs, facilities, or capital campaigns.
