Baronsmead gets applications for shares worth GBP12 million

Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC - London-based investment firm - Gets valid applications for new shares worth over GBP12 million in relation to its offer. Decides to change the date for the second allotment of new shares to on or around March 13.

In December, the firm, together with Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC, announced an offer for subscription to raise up to GBP40 million, with the discretion to utilise over-allotment facilities to raise up to a further GBP10 million.
