BasicNet continues with repurchases of its own ordinary shares

The total value of the buybacks is EUR84,870.54 contrary to what was written in the previous article.

(Alliance News) - BasicNet Spa announced Tuesday the purchase of 20,600 of its own ordinary shares during the period from March 25 to March 28.

The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR4.120 for a total value of EUR84,870.54.

As a result of these purchases, BasicNet holds 4.5 million shares, or 8.3 percent of the share capital.

BasicNet gives up 1.8 percent at EUR4.00 per share.
