BasicNet continues with buybacks of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - BasicNet Spa announced Tuesday that it bought back 20,600 of its own ordinary shares during the period from March 25 to March 28.

The shares were taken over at an average price of EUR4.120 for a total consideration of EUR84.5 million.

As a result of these purchases, BasicNet holds 4.5 million shares, or 8.3 percent of the share capital.

BasicNet gives up 1.6 percent to EUR4.01 per share.
