BB Seguridade Participações S.A. ('BB Seguridade' or 'Company') hereby informs that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, accepted the resignation of Mr. Bernardo Rothe to the position of member of the Board of Directors. Immediately thereafter, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Márcio Hamilton Ferreira, current BB Seguridade's Chief Executive Officer, as member of the Board of Directors, according to BB Seguridade's Bylaws (article 14, paragraph 2, item 'i').
