Beamz Interactive, Inc. announced the availability of a new software build of Virtual DJ LE, which was tailor made by Atomix Productions, for use with its latest Beamz interactive music controllers. This new version of Virtual DJ LE software features a unique dashboard skin that mirrors the design of Beamz interactive laser controllers. It also provides new mixing functionality and controls so that aspiring DJs may have a great experience using Beamz as their first controller with the award winning Virtual DJ software.

As aspiring DJs develop their remixing skills and desire more functionality, there is an upgrade path offered in the application to the Virtual DJ Pro version of the software. The enhancements in the latest Virtual DJ software release improve the users experience by adding functionality so that consumers can control the most often used features of the Virtual DJ software solely from the Beamz controller. This build of software communicates to the Beamz controller via MIDI and is significantly more responsive compared with the first generation build of the software.
