Beijer Alma AB Proposes A Dividend, Expected to Pay on April 6, 2022

The Board of Beijer Alma AB (publ) proposed that the Annual General Meeting approve a dividend of SEK 3.50 (3.00) per share. The proposed record date for dividends is April 1, 2022. If the Annual General Meeting votes in accordance with this motion, dividends are expected to be paid out through Euroclear commencing April 6, 2022.
