Beijer Alma AB (publ) at its AGN held on March 30, 2023 approved Disposition of profit: A dividend to shareholders of SEK 3.75 per share for 2022 was approved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal. The record date for dividends was set to April 3, 2023. Dividends are expected to be distributed beginning April 6, 2023.
