Bellway p.L.C. Announced earnings results for the half year ended January 31, 2021. For the half year, the company announced sales was GBP 1,720.5 million compared to GBP 1,541.4 million a year ago. Operating income was GBP 277.4 million compared to GBP 297.2 million a year ago. Net income was GBP 229.2 million compared to GBP 239.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was GBP 1.859 compared to GBP 1.944 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was GBP 1.854 compared to GBP 1.937 a year ago.
Bellway p.l.c. is a United Kingdom-based home construction company engaged in the building and selling of homes, ranging from one-bedroom apartments up to six-bedroom family homes, as well as providing social housing-to-housing associations.
