BICO announced it has hired Erica Bell as its first Chief People Officer. Bell most recently served as VP of Human Resources (HR) at PerkinElmer where she held various HR leadership roles supporting the global people operations across biotechnology verticals. In her new role, Bell will help develop and foster an innovative culture across BICO and its 12 group companies as the organization approaches more than 1,000 employees globally.
