Results of Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

Big Sofa Technologies (AIM:BST),a video analy cs provider to the global insight and analy cs industries , announces that all resolu ons put to shareholders at the Annual General Mee ng and General Mee ng respec vely held earlier today were passed. Consequently, following the Company's announcement on 8 March 2019, the Company has issued and allo ed 25,000,000 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Capital Raising and Se lement Share Issue, condi onal on Admission.

Applica on has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admi ed to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effec ve at 8.00 a.m. on 5 April 2019. The 25,000,000 New Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the total number of vo ng rights in the Company will be 163,750,692 Ordinary Shares and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calcula ons by which they will determine if they are required to no fy their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
