PL Products and Quality Assurance
Our Private Label products are subjected to sensory evaluation by performing blind tests before they are place on the shelf, and only the products managed to pass an evaluation of our panelists are offered for sale.
76% of our PL product suppliers have GFSI-approved quality certificates and are all subject to supplier audits, and audits are repeated at certain intervals, both announced and unannounced.
Analysis is carried out on products taken from the shelf on average 2 times a year; It is checked for compliance with regulations, national and international standards.
In 2021, 476 different product types were analyzed 891 times.
We encourage our suppliers producing PL products to obtain a GFSI approved quality certificate.
Operating within the body of public and private schools/institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education; 3 prepackaged foods, which will be offered for sale/consumption directly to students in food establishments such as canteens, cafeterias, cafeterias, buffets, and tea shops, and which can be supplied to the market in retail establishments, are produced in accordance with the School Food approval requirements and have received school food logo approval by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. We have Private Label product available.
