On February 7, 2020, Christopher Constable resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Blue Star Foods Corp., a Delaware corporation (the Company), and as a member of the Company's board of directors. In connection with his resignation, Mr. Constable relinquished his role as Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of the Company for Securities and Exchange Commission reporting purposes. Mr. Constable's resignation did not arise from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
