The Board of Directors of BNP Paribas Fortis SA/nv met on Thursday 17 November. Following the recent resignation of Mr. Stefaan Decraene, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Wouter De Ploey as an independent director via co-optation and this from 1 December 2022 onwards.
