BPC Instruments AB ("BPC" or the "Company") today announces that, among others, ES Aktiehandel AB and Exelity AB have acquired a total of 365,000 shares in the Company from Gustaf Olsson (Chairman of the Board) and Sustainable Holding Sweden AB (wholly owned by board member Kristofer Cook).

Through ES Aktiehandel AB and Gyllene Aktier 2021 AB, Erik Selin has acquired a total of 160,000 shares and Exelity AB has acquired 35,000 shares. In addition, a few other investors have acquired a total of 170,000 shares. The sale has taken place from Sustainable Holding Sweden AB, wholly owned by BPC's board member Kristofer Cook, and from BPC's board chairman Gustaf Olsson. Motivation for the sale is private.

The transaction has taken place as a block trade with no impact on the share price in the market. Before the transaction, Sustainable Holding Sweden AB owned 544,926 shares, corresponding to approximately 5.2 percent of the Company, and now Sustainable Holding Sweden AB owns 249,926 shares, corresponding to approximately 2.4 percent of the Company. Erik Selin has gone from an ownership (via legal entity) of 425,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 4.0 percent, to an ownership (via legal entities) of 585,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 5.6 percent. Exelity AB has gone from an ownership of 125,226 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.2 percent, to an ownership of 160,226 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.5 percent.
