Bredband2 i Skandinavien AB (publ) (OM:BRE2) agreed to acquire Stockholms Stadsnät Ab for SEK 50 million on December 18, 2023. Stockholms Stadsnät reported annual revenue of SEK 50 million. The acquisition is subject to permission from the Inspectorate for Strategic Products.
The deal is expected to be completed on February 1, 2024.
