Brickworks Limited announced the appointment of Malcolm Bundey, as an independent non-executive Director to the Brickworks Board, with effect from 1 October 2019. Mr. Bundey was the Managing Director of Pact Group Holdings Ltd. between December 2015 and March 2019. Mr. Bundey will serve as a member of the Board's Audit and Risk Committee, Independent Board Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.
