IDEA International Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:3140) agreed to acquire Shicata Co. from Integral Investment business limited liability partnership No. 1, Integral Corporation and Go Shicata for ¥1.6 billion on April 6, 2018. IDEA International Co., Ltd. will acquire 2.9 million shares of Shicata Co. Integral Investment business limited liability partnership No. 1 will sell 83.9% stake, Integral Corporation will sell 9.3% stake and Go Shicata will sell 6.8% stake in Shicata Co. The board of IDEA International Co., Ltd. passed a resolution on the transaction on April 6, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on April 27, 2018.
