On April 11, 2023, the Board of Directors of Byline Bancorp, Inc. appointed Margarita Hugues Vlez, who was previously appointed to the Board on April 18, 2022, as a member of the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of each of the Company and Byline Bank, the company,s subsidiary bank.
