The Board of Directors of Sam Whan Camus Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A013700) authorized a share repurchase program on September 28, 1994. Under the plan, the company repurchase up to KRW 2 billion worth own shares pursuant to a trust agreement with Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The plan will expire on September 25, 2002.
On September 25, 2002, the company extended the buyback program till September 25, 2007.
On September 25, 2007, the company extended the buyback program till September 25, 2012.
On August 17, 2012, the company decided to terminate the agreement on August 31, 2012. On August 17, 2012, the company has repurchased 530,974 shares. Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd acted as the broker for the buyback program.
