Teaheung C&E Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 2.24% stake in SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. from CAMUS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION Inc. (KOSE:A013700) for KRW 29.9 billion on December 18, 2020. Under the terms, CAMUS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION Inc. transfers 789,400 shares of SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. and the consideration will be paid in ash. The down payment of the consideration is KRW 10.9 billion and the remaining payment of KRW 19 billion will be paid on December 30, 2020. The consideration was funded with holding funds. CAMUS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION Inc. will hold 789,400 shares of SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., post completion of this transfer. The Board of CAMUS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION Inc. resolved this transfer on December 18, 2020. This transaction expects to close on December 30, 2020.
