Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended October 01, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was CAD 3,881.7 million compared to CAD 3,617.5 million a year ago. Net income was CAD 184.9 million compared to CAD 243.7 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CAD 3.15 compared to CAD 4.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CAD 3.14 compared to CAD 3.97 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was CAD 11,474.8 million compared to CAD 10,285 million a year ago. Net income was CAD 512.2 million compared to CAD 619.1 million a year ago.
