Capita : awarded silver Payroll Giving Quality Mark

Capita employees have been recognised for their charitable giving with a silver Payroll Giving Quality Mark, for the second year running.

The Payroll Giving Quality Mark, awarded by the Association of Payroll Giving Organisations, is a benchmarking system that recognises when an employer offers the scheme and highlights the businesses operating exceptional schemes.

Demonstrating our commitment to corporate responsibility, and the generosity of our employees, we have been awarded the silver mark as more than 5% of our people give to charity via their payroll, representing around £30k a month.

Payroll Giving is the most tax effective way for employees to donate to a charity of their choice. Donations are taken straight from their gross pay before tax, so employees effectively increase the value of their contributions.
