Shanghai Fuyuan Care Service Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive $1,000,000 in its equity round of funding from existing investor Care Service Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2425) on April 20, 2018. The company will increase the registered capital from $700,000 to $1,365,000 and the balance amount will be contributed to the capital reserve of the company. The investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. Post the closing, the investor will retain its stake of 100% in the company. The board of directors of the company approved the transaction.
Care Service Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the provision of nursing care services. The Company operates in three business segments. The Nursing Care segment is engaged in the provision of daycare services, home visiting and bath services, home visiting and care services, home care support services, nursing care equipment rental services, as well as the sale of certain nursing care equipment. The Angel Care segment is engaged in the provision of washing services, as well as cosmetic, dressing and coffin (CDC) services for the deceased. The Houses with Services for the Elderly segment is engaged in the provision of houses with homecare services for the elderly.
