CATENA MEDIA PLC It is hereby announced that Catena Media plc´s major owners have appointed a Nomination Committee.
In accordance with the decision by the Annual General Meeting 2020, the Nomination Committee of Catena Media Plc. shall consist of four members. The three largest shareholders who wish to participate in the committee are entitled to appoint one member each. In addition, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Catena Media plc. participates in the committee. The members of the Nomination Committee have been appointed based on the ownership structure as per 31st of August 2020 and consists of:
Ulrika Danielson, Second Swedish National Fund (Chairwoman of the Nomination committee)
Nicklas Paulson, Investment AB Öresund
Jake Hennemuth, Ruanne, Cunniff & Goldfarb
Göran Bomberg, Chairman of the Board of Catena Media plc.
The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the Annual General Meeting 2021 regarding election of chairman/woman and other directors of the board, election of auditor, matters regarding fees, election of chairman/woman of the Annual General Meeting and resolution concerning the Nomination Committee.
