Lone Star Americas Acquisitions, Inc. signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Portfolio of Three Buildings in Poland from Cavatina Holding Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:CAV) on June 14, 2022. The transaction is expected to close by the end of November, 2022.
