CCC Signs 10 Year Licensing Agreement with Authentic Brands Group Enabling CCC to Distribute Reebok Products Via its Sales Channels

CCC signed a 10 year licensing agreement with Authentic Brands Group enabling CCC to distribute Reebok products via its sales channels. The 10 year deal, with the option of prolongation for another decade, CCC will be able to buy products directly from Reebok factories, sale them via its own outlets (CCC, HalfPrice, Eobuwie. pl, Modivo), and distribute them via mono-brand channels.

The product range covers clothes, footwear, bags and luggage. As the result of the agreement with Authentic Brands Group, owner of Reebok and ca. 40 other brands, CCC terminates deals with Reebok's intermediaries, as it becomes the brand's direct distributor.
