CE Holdings Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending March 31, 2024 and year ending September 30, 2024. For the six months ending March 31, 2024, the company expects net sales of JPY 7,990 million, operating profit of JPY 660 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 320 million or JPY 21.41 per share.
For the year ending September 30, 2024, the company expects net sales of JPY 15,500 million, operating profit of JPY 1,350 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 750 million or JPY 50.17 per share.
CE Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly CSI Co., Ltd., mainly engages in development and sales of medical information systems focused on electronic medical record systems. The Company operates through two business segments. The Medical System segment engages in development and sales of the MI . RA . Is series, its packaged products for medical institutions. This segment engages in sales of departmental systems, including electronic medical record system and medical counting system and provision of solutions and services for healthcare activities. It also engages in development of medical information systems, including medical information systems, electronic medical record system, ordering system, examination system and blood transfusion system for regional core hospitals through consignment from the NEC group.
