CE Holdings Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending September 30, 2023. For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 14,350 million, operating profit of JPY 1,250 million, profit attributable to owners of parent JPY 690 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 46.08.
CE Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly CSI Co., Ltd., mainly engages in development and sales of medical information systems focused on electronic medical record systems. The Company operates through two business segments. The Medical System segment engages in development and sales of the MI . RA . Is series, its packaged products for medical institutions. This segment engages in sales of departmental systems, including electronic medical record system and medical counting system and provision of solutions and services for healthcare activities. It also engages in development of medical information systems, including medical information systems, electronic medical record system, ordering system, examination system and blood transfusion system for regional core hospitals through consignment from the NEC group. The Other segment engages in operation of healthcare related information site Mocosuku, as well as sales of digital signage system for public and commercial facilities.
