Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. (TSE:9740) signed a contract to acquire 60.3% stake in Special Security Co., Ltd. from Hiro Yokooka, Yumi Haseyama, Toshiko Yokooka, Makoto Ishizuka and Hiroaki Sugiyama on August 25, 2016. Central Security Patrols will acquire 0.12 million shares of Special Security. On completion, Special Security will become a subsidiary of Central Security Patrols. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of Central Security Patrols on August 25, 2016. The deal is expected to close on September 30, 2016.
