Cerespo CO., Ltd. (JASDAQ:9625) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 56 shares, for ¥0.08 million. The company is repurchasing its shares following a reverse share-split (consolidation of 2 shares to 1 share), based on the resolution of the 39th ordinary General Meeting of shareholders last June 22, 2016.
