Smile Corp agreed to acquire 20.18% stake in Cerespo Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:9625) from Seiichiro Miki, Chairman of Cerespo on May 28, 2012. Smile Corp will acquire 1.1 million shares of Cerespo. Following the completion of the deal, Seiichiro Miki will have 0.16 million shares representing 2.84% stake in Cerespo Co. The transaction is expected to close on May 29, 2012. There is no effect on Cerespo's performance by this transaction.
