The Industrialization & Energy Services Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 49% stake in Arabian Geophysical & Surveying Co., Ltd. from CGG (ENXTPA:CGG) on November 20, 2023. The transaction is subject to satisfying relevant conditions and it is expected to close this year.
