On September 1, 2013, it merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, GEMIPLUS DISTRIBUTION, engaged in the sales of clothes and shoes. After that, its subsidiary was dissolved. On September 30, 2013, it acquired a 50.10% stake in Novaled, a Germany-based organic light emitting diodes material production and sales company.
