CHENGDU XILING POWER SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATED COMPANY Chengdu Xiling Power Science & Technology Incorporated Company (SZSE:300733) agreed to acquire the remaining 30% stake in Chengdu Xiling Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. from 33 individual shareholders for CNY 3.5 million on July 7, 2023. The consideration will be paid within 5 working days upon the completion. Post completion, the individual shareholders including, Yang Hao, Luo Chaojin, Tu Peng, Liang Yong, Wang Xianfeng, He Xiangdong, Ren Bailing, Chen Jiayou, Xiong Luoman, Tang Zhuoyi, Peng Fan, Li Jialin, Yu Mei, Chen Wenhua, Cheng Xin, Gao Rongning, Li Linzhong, He Yuanjiu, Wang Li, Xie Liping, Li Dongsheng, Fan Ming, Chen Ruijuan, Huang Zhendong, Ouyang Hua, Li Qijun, Zhang Yan, Liu Jie, Feng Xiaowei, Gao Junxiang, Wan Xiaojun, Liu Tongqiang, and Wang Jun will cease to have stake in Chengdu Xiling Aviation.
As of March 31, 2023, Chengdu Xiling Aviation reported Total Assets of CNY 28.0855 million and Net Assets of CNY 14.3951 million. The transaction is reviewed and approved in the 5th meeting of the 4th board of directors of Chengdu Xiling Power Science & Technology and required to be submitted to the shareholders? meeting for deliberation.
