Announcement on the Appointment of Mr. Zhang Jinliang as President

On 29 April 2022, the board of directors of China Construction Bank Corporation (the "Bank" or "CCB") considered and approved the resolution regarding the appointment of Mr. Zhang Jinliang as president of CCB. The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved the appointment qualifications of Mr. Zhang Jinliang. Mr. Zhang Jinliang officially takes office as president of the Bank.
